Chattahoochee County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody status, confirm a release, post bond, or pull an official booking record. The agency that created or holds a record must answer those questions.
Start With the Record Holder
For a Chattahoochee County booking photograph, booking sheet, arrest or incident report, bond or release record, or transfer detail, start with the Chattahoochee County Sheriff's Office Open Records Request. CCSO does not publish a public inmate roster or new-bookings feed. A request is therefore the official path when an online search cannot answer the question.

CCSO states hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during normal business hours and does not identify the days. The unified-government courthouse page lists 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call before visiting. The GDC directory lists 379 Broad Street for Chattahoochee County Jail, which is a separate jail-directory address, not a confirmed sheriff records desk.
Submitting an Open Records Request
The form lets a requester select Photographs for a booking image and use Other to describe the related booking packet. Include the person's full name, known aliases, an exact or approximate incident or booking date, location, arresting agency, and case, incident, or OTN number when known. A narrow date range helps staff avoid a mistaken match.
CCSO says it will respond within three business days with an estimated completion time and estimated cost. That is an acknowledgment and estimate, not a promise that production will finish within three days. The posted terms list ten cents per page and one dollar per disc or tape, plus permissible research or retrieval time. No fixed booking-photo, mailing, or electronic-delivery fee is published.
- Describe the record and choose the form category that fits it.
- Identify the person and event as precisely as the known facts allow.
- Review the estimated cost and completion time before approving a costly search.
- Call 706-989-3644 if the form produces no response or if the current record holder is unclear.
For the Court Record
A booking entry is not the final case result. Chattahoochee County's clerk serves Superior, Juvenile, and Magistrate functions. The official case-search entry redirected during research, so a calendar, phone call, or document request may be the more useful route. The clerk's eCertification notice points certified-document users to GSCCCA.

Where to Look for Each Question
Use the custodian that matches the person's custody state or the record's purpose. A just-booked person, a released person, and a sentenced state or federal prisoner will not appear in the same system.
- County booking photo or packet: submit the CCSO Open Records form; the county search page explains the no-roster and no-feed limitation.
- Current custody or release: call CCSO first and ask which agency booked or houses the person. The GDC jail directory is a listing, not proof of a particular person's present custody.
- Case calendar or disposition: use the Clerk of Court, its calendar, the case-search entry, or GSCCCA eCertification for certified documents.
- Wanted or warrant question: review the Sheriff's Most Wanted context, then ask the sheriff or court for specific confirmation.
- Sentenced state prisoner: use the Georgia Department of Corrections offender search.
- Federal or immigration custody: use the Bureau of Prisons locator or ICE detainee locator.
- Emergency or anonymous tip: call 911 for an emergency. For a non-emergency anonymous report, use the CCSO reporting page; it is not for an incident in progress.
